Terms of Service

1. Preamble and Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between RaiskiGazSofia.BG ("the Company", "We") and any user or customer ("User", "You") who accesses or uses the website https://raiskigazsofia.bg and/or orders products through our communication channels (phone, Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp).

By accessing the website, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

2. Description of Services

RaiskiGazSofia.BG offers nitrous oxide (N₂O, dinitrogen monoxide, food additive E942) products for use in the food and beverage industry, culinary use, and professional kitchens. Products include canisters, bottles, cylinders, and capsules with N₂O.

Orders are placed through direct communication via phone or secure chat channels. The website serves an informational and catalog function; no automated online payment is processed.

3. Product Use – CRITICAL

Products are sold EXCLUSIVELY for food-grade use (food additive class E942) and professional culinary purposes. They are NOT intended for inhalation, recreational, or any other unauthorized use.

Pursuant to Article 56d of the Bulgarian Health Act (in force since 25 September 2024), the sale of dinitrogen monoxide (laughing gas) and refill cartridges to natural persons is prohibited in the Republic of Bulgaria. Sales are made only to:

  • Registered sole traders whose business activity includes N₂O distribution;
  • Legal entities in the food and beverage industry (restaurants, pastry shops, bars, catering companies);
  • Medical institutions with proper authorization for use;
  • Other persons falling under statutory exemptions.

The User declares and confirms that they fall within one of the above categories and that products will be used only for permitted purposes. The Company reserves the right to require proof of registration or business activity before confirming an order.

Misuse of N₂O may cause serious health damage, including neurological problems, spinal cord damage, asphyxiation, and death. The Company categorically does not encourage or tolerate such use.

4. Age Restriction

Our services are available only to persons aged 18 years or older. By placing an order, You declare that You are of legal age under Bulgarian law.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices on the website are in euros (€) with an approximate conversion to Bulgarian leva (BGN) at the rate of 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN. Prices may change without notice; the price valid at the moment of order confirmation by phone applies.

Payment is made on delivery (cash on delivery), in cash, or by bank transfer for larger orders and B2B clients.

The Company reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order in case of stock shortage, technical errors in published prices, or doubts regarding the legitimate use of the product.

6. Delivery

We deliver to Sofia, Sofia region, Pernik, Bansko, and the entire Bulgarian Black Sea coast. Delivery time depends on the zone and schedule; approximately for Sofia – within 60 minutes of order confirmation, for other zones – according to a pre-arranged schedule.

7. Returns and Complaints

Due to the hygienic-sanitary nature of the products (food-grade) and their hermetic packaging, opened or used canisters/capsules are not accepted for return. In case of established manufacturing defects or compromised packaging integrity upon delivery, the User must notify the Company within 24 hours by phone +359 8778 925 87.

For valid complaints, the Company will replace the product or refund the amount.

8. Liability and Limitations

The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by use of the product in violation of food-use instructions, regulatory requirements, or these Terms.

The Company shall not be liable for website unavailability due to technical issues, force majeure circumstances, or actions of third parties.

The Company's maximum liability to a single User is limited to the value of the specific order.

9. Personal Data Protection

The processing of Your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

10. Cookies

The website uses cookies for statistical purposes (Google Analytics 4) and to improve user experience. Details – in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, logos, design, code) is owned by RaiskiGazSofia.BG and protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

12. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of last update marked.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes between the parties shall be resolved amicably; if not possible, by the competent Bulgarian court at the Company's registered seat.
